Jean Pierre Soria is one of the most passionate interpreters of Abruzzese cuisine and in particular the seafood tradition of Vasto, the region where he grew up and is strongly bound to.
After various work experiences in his father’s restaurants and in catering for fashion brands, he decided to open his own restaurant, composed of a small kitchen and few covers.
Since 2012, when his cuisine was discovered by Slowfood and brought to the Salone del Gusto di Torino, his little restaurant has become a true culinary destination, particularly for its celebrated brodetto alla vastese, which remains one of the most renowned interpretations on the entire Adriatic Coast.
