Pasticceria Perbellini was born in 1872 in Bovolone in the province of Verona. Specializing in baked goods, the pasticceria has become famous throughout the years for its symbolic products like l’Offella, Millefoglie Strachin, Dolce d’Orato and Pan dei Siori.
The pasticceria is still today run by the Perbellini family and is one of the most renowned in Italy.
Pierluigi, of the newest generation, carries forward the tradition of classic pastry, with an eye towards new techniques and ingredients to keep regulars on their toes.
