On November 17th we organized a tasting of our products in Piedmont, an event that saw the participation of around 300 top clients from La Botte Gaia, a renowned gastronomic tour in Saluzzo (CN).
Special guest Chef Andrea Valentinetti from restaurant Radici in Padova prepared a tasting menu of the Italian territory through Bonverre recipes: from “L’Affumicata” whose roots are in the Pontine Islands, to the culinary hallmarks of Franciacorta to Lake Iseo with products “Stracotto di Polpo” and “Lungo Lago,” stopping by Bologna with the unmissable ragu “Oltre alla Bolognese.”
To accompany the menu another Italian excellence signed by Bonverre: Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene DOCG from Cantina Progetti Divini.
