Bonverre makes its debut at Pitti Taste 2023 in Florence with great success

With great success Bonverre made its debut at Pitti Taste 2023 in Florence. In this event that every year contains the best of Italian food and wine excellence and contemporary food culture, Bonverre has made live a real journey in flavors and innovation among the diversity of taste. The event was attended by important buyers, agents and retailers in the food and catering sector, both from Italy and the rest of the world, as well as a wide range of delicious products.

Among the products presented by Bonverre the Best Sellers as La Toscana dei tonni, the Genovese di Tonno and La Cru di Giulietta e Romeo. And then the previews presented exclusively at Taste for the international audience. These include Bagna Càoda by Sergio De Domenico, the typical Piedmontese sauce interpreted for Bonverre by the chef of Buongustaio Piemonte. And then the capon broth, the traditional one, made as it once was, signed by a chef 2 Michelin stars: it’s the King’s Broth by Alberto Faccani. And finally a great news, the very first oil of the line “Cultivar Stories” that will be launched in 2023 to tell the story of Italian olive cultivars – from Sardinia, here

not only products: at Pitti Taste Bonverre also hosted its performers for some live show cooking. With us was chef Fabio Groppi, who previewed a traditional Ligurian dish: Cundigiun. This will be the first totally vegetarian proposal of our brand. Also a guest was Paolo Gori, who is at home in Florence, who presented the now well-established Lampredotto Inzimino Bonverre in a risotto, and finally star chef Alessandro Bellingeri of the restaurant Osteria Acquarol, with his dish that will be launched during 2023.

The event has been a huge success, as the numbers show: over 170 buyers, distributors and international retailers, as well as 50 chefs and restaurateurs from the sector, have come to know our stories! In addition, the tasting event “To Florence To Taste”, which was held at the beautiful location of the Plaza Hotel Lucchesi, went sold-out, demonstrating the enormous interest of consumers for Bonverre products.

Our debut at Pitti Taste was an unprecedented success. The presentation of a selection of delicious and innovative products showed how, thanks to the attention to quality and authenticity of products we manage to stand out in the Food&Beverage industry. Many ideas were presented from the most traditional delicacies to the most innovative ones. All ideas that allow us to satisfy the tastes of all customers, from the most conservative to the most adventurous.
