We want to tell you a story…
…a success story, the one that saw us protagonists at the event that every year contains the best of Italian food and wine excellence: Pitti Taste.
After the great debut of last year, this year for us to attend the event was a time of great growth but above all of great announcements. We presented many novelties to the thousands of buyers, agents and retailers
in the food and catering industry from all over the world.
The first new entry was Tutù, chocolate cream and gentle round hazelnut trilobata of the Langhe made for us by the first woman maître chocolatier in the world Cecilia Rabassi.
From Piedmont to Campania, at Pitti Taste in an exclusive preview also Vesuviano. From the Sughi and Salse Bonverre line, here is the new pacchetelle yellow tomato sauce from Monte Somma signed by Francesco Savarise to pay homage to his homeland and its history.
Visitors are also surprised by a new irresistible dressing: Maio Mè, made by chef Andrea Poli from Gustificio (Padua), a hay-smoked mayonnaise, which at the fair was served as a sandwich made with artisanal salted panettone and cooked ham.
Seasoning the three days and making our second participation even more special were numerous show cooking, creative tastings and great guest performers.
For Bonverre, Pitti Taste is synonymous with previews and novelties: new Flavours, new interpreters but also new services, ready to support every need of our retailers. Printed and digital media that can effectively support the sell-out, professional consultants and much more: if you haven’t visited us, you’ll have to wait a little longer to know!
Certainly great satisfaction for the three days of Pitti Taste, but shall we talk about the exclusive #FuoridiTaste party? The Tasteful Colors Night Party organised in collaboration with La Giardiniera di Morgan was a huge success, recording a total sell-out.
In the charming location of the Serre Torrigiani we invited buyers, prospects and journalists of national and international press to live an evening of conviviality, good music and good taste. A little healthy relaxation after the days at the fair.
From the union between performance and show cooking staged by Don Pasta, to the rich menu created in perfect collaboration and synergy with producers of excellence Tasteful Colors Night Party has been able to impress everyone.
The opening aperitif curated by the selection of essences from Azienda Agricola Pernigo and labels from the Vicenza wine cellar Maso Tonaj Panozzo then saw the succession of a selection of dishes of the highest quality and creativity such as the crispy maltagliati from the La Campofilone pasta factory accompanied by red aubergine from Rotonda – La Giardiniera by Morgan – and BIO goat robiola and pistachios, Perenzin Latteria. Or the traditional Bolognese balanzoni by Gratifico served with mint-scented emulsion – Azienda Agricola Pernigo – and crispy wafer of Mezzanino BIO by Perenzin Latteria, or the sweet and sour pinzimonio by La Giardiniera di Morgan, accompanied by Bagna Càoda Bonverre. The final pampering, of Zabaione made ‘live on stage’ by Alberto Marchetti and the Chevalier in purity on the rocks by Anisetta Rosati, is a must.
In short, an event that we are unlikely to forget. And while we wait to do it all over again at the next edition, we let you relive the emotions by watching the video of the event.
