Bonverre, has once again delighted the Florence audience with its presence at the To Florence To Taste event, which was held at the prestigious Plaza Hotel Lucchesi on the Lungarno della Zecca Vecchia, after its last success in 2022.
Excellent producers from all over Italy met in this beautiful location among the most evocative of the city to present their high quality products.
On this occasion, and with the support of the Hotel’s kitchen staff, we presented a selection of our stories to compose a complete menu, from appetizer to dessert. First of all our “Italian ketchup” served with fried fish: here is L’Aggiadda, a delicious Sardinian sauce made with tomato and capers by chef Carlo Biggio. We continue with a second appetizer: La Toscana dei Tonni by chef Davide Balduino, a preparation of pork that is processed with a special method that gives it the name of Chianti tuna served with salad. The first is the traditional sauce: paccheri with Oltre alla Bolognese by chef Daniele Bendanti. We close with a sweet note with a taste of San Bajon, the famous eggnog reinterpreted by Alberto Marchetti, who told his recipe live during the event, served with a savory crumble.
Organized by the renowned food industry consultant Carlo Vischi, To Florence To Taste has been a great success for this second year, attracting many producers and food lovers from all over Italy. The event offered the opportunity to discover the gastronomic excellence of our country and to meet the protagonists of the sector. Our brand once again demonstrated its ability to combine quality and innovation, presenting products of the highest level and creating an unforgettable taste experience for all participants.
