The night of Saturday the 4th and Sunday the 5th May Bonverre came to Bologna in collaboration with Munchies Italia for the very first “Spaghetti Notturni.” The famous “spaghetti alla bolognese” were reinterpreted by Daniele Bendanti of restaurant Oltre using his Bonverre product “Oltre alla Bolognese.” A true nighttime spaghettata, starting at midnight and finishing at 4am, shortly before dawn!
