Cocoa, is meticulously selected at its source by Cecilia Rabassi, who maintains a direct relationship with the cocoa plantation producers.

Tonda Gentile Trilobata Hazelnuts, an IGP-certified variety cultivated in the fertile lands of Basso Piemonte and delicately hand-roasted in our laboratory.

Lastly, refined cane sugar is added to achieve the perfect harmony of texture and flavour.

Founder of her personal brand ‘Cecilia Rabassi’, the maître chocolatier explores the globe in quest of the finest ingredients for her chocolates. Each day, she demonstrates her unwavering dedication and fervour in her relentless pursuit of chocolate perfection.

Alongside an impressive array of accolades punctuating the maître chocolatier’s illustrious career, Cecilia Tessieri Rabassi has been bestowed with the prestigious title of Cavaliere al merito della Repubblica Italiana (Knight of Merit of the Italian Republic) since 2007. This distinguished honour is reserved exclusively for the foremost ambassadors of Made in Italy excellence worldwide.
