Bonverre for the first time at Vinitaly!

An exclusive dinner already sold out created to celebrate the third edition of Vinitaly Mixology, the themed area of the exhibition that combines flavour and innovation in the art of mixing.

In the splendid location of the Romeo Bistrot Cocktail Bar we celebrate #food and #beverage excellence by taking guests on a discovery of authentic Italian culinary tradition with our San Bajon, born from the collaboration with award-winning Turinese gelato maker Alberto Marchetti. A Piedmontese dessert that encapsulates the entire Italian tradition and will be served at the end of the evening as a small pastry, at coffee time.
