Traditional Sardinia met creative cuisine at the CUE churrascaria in Porto Cervo in two food and wine tasting menus. For this event Bonverre decided to branch out: instead of presenting Sardinian flavors, they decided to bring Northern influences to the south: “Il Cortile” from Diego Rossi of restaurant Trippa in Milan, “L’Affumicata” from Andrea Valentinetti of Radici Terra and Gusto in Padova. The memory of childhood and the scent of offal on one hand and fresh Italian tomato and pancetta…flavors that flirt and compliment each other.
Bonverre continues to pursue its goal of transporting territories and recounting stories and cultures through Taste.
